Part II

I had an experience one night on face book; where I identify myself as a minister first.  Then I got a friend request from a minister and accepted it.  I was doing some ministry and the chat box opened up; what was in the chat box was “How you doin’ sexy man of God.”  This made me scratch my head; that was when I said to myself could this be a female masquerading as a man, so I bit the line and said “I am fine, how are you?” This gave me the time to look at the minister’s profile and see that he supported gay marriage; I said to myself “oOh Lord; here we go again. He asked if he could call me and I gave him my phone number looking for a chance to minister first, and second how he came to call himself a minister while supporting this lifestyle.  He told me that he lived in Philadelphia, and attended a ministry that supported gay rights. He also went on to say that this ministry would not associate with anyone that did not support gay rights.  He also said that he graduated from a biblical institute, and became a minister this way. 

Before I could start giving him scripture telling him that the Lord loves the people but hated the gay lifestyle, he started to give me the scriptures that he knew and said that they were controversial passages of the bible; I had to bite my tongue not to laugh out loud.  I told him that I would pray for him, but I could not condone his lifestyle.  He was bold enough on another occasion to open the chat box and say he was going to masturbate to my picture; if I’m lying I’m flying, and I ain’t left the ground yet.  Homosexuals are rampant in the church, and since they can’t bend the scriptures to make their lifestyle acceptable they hide in plain sight.  They are your choir directors, your choir and your praise leaders.  But not accepted in the sight of the most high. 

How can anyone make acceptable what God has damned? Look at eighteenth chapter of Genesis; the Lord is speaking of the grievous sin of Sodom and Gomorrah (this occurs starting at the 20^th verse), the Lord tells Abram that he is going to destroy these two cities.  In Chapter 19, we find that Lot is entertaining two Angels that came to tell Lot to flee the city because God was going to destroy it because they would not turn away from their depravity.  The men of the city wanted to take the Angels by force because they were very handsome.  Lot even offered his daughters to the men at the door (to protect the Angels); but the men would not hear it.  The wanted to rape the men (that they didn’t know these are Angels), I can imagine these Angels thinking “Oh so they want to try to overpower us and take us by force; boy are they in for a surprise.”

This toward the unclean spirits again; once the subliminal suggestion in placed in our heads we shrug it away in the beginning. Then at the next opportunity the unclean spirit tells us that we are attracted to the same sex; and convinces us that we can’t live in a heterosexual world.  These thoughts don’t become ours until we start entertaining them.  When we wonder what it would be like to kiss someone of the same sex; then hugging them, and ultimately laying with them.  The battle is lost when we act these things out physically and then tell ourselves that we enjoy them.  Mind over matter is what gives a man the strength to make that horrible pain pleasure.  Believe me it hurts, I don’t even like to get my prostate examined.  I cringe in pain every time the doctor puts that rubber glove on.  All I can see is his index finger, and then the glove snaps.  I don’t know about you, but I scream.  Don’t lose heart my friends; the war is not over.  The same way that you told yourself that you are attracted to the same sex, you can tell yourself that you are not attracted.  You can use the scripture and allow the Lord to really make you free. 

Even though the bible speaks about the disciple that Jesus loved putting his head on Jesus’ shoulder, this was not a homosexual gesture; but a gesture out of Agapeo.
