How did I get a Demon? How did "they" get there?

We are going to examine some of the ways that this happens. There are many ways that Satan uses to gain some measure of control over a human life. Demons are spirit beings that can't function in our physical ream like they want to unless they can gain some kind of entry into a human body. If they can gain entry into our body, they can influence our thoughts and actions much more than they can from the outside.

Recognizing False Prophets

To recognize false prophets we must heed the above verse and "prove all things." One does not arrive at being an overcomer until he first learns the all important lesson of testing or "proving" the issues of this life. In the hour that we live there are so many things that are false and evil. We must be constantly on guard and "prove" or test things, lest we become ensnared by something that is wicked. Cults are spreading. Eastern idolatrous religions are creeping into our country in very subtle forms, and many Christians are being deceived and have accepted their practices without even being aware of their evil. Some religious groups have existed for years under the guise of Christianity, and yet are far from the teachings of Jesus Christ. The Lord warns us of these false teachers and tells us to beware of them.

Regardless of the name, all are derivatives of tribal Africn religious practices responsible for increasing violence, murder and spiritual enslavement in the United States.

Black Magic

When a 21 year old man was arrested in Miami for murder, the homicide sergeant called it a "black magic thing." Miguel Cardenas shot and killed his victim because he was convinced the man had put a curse on his grandfather. The grandfather had recently died, and Miguel attributed his death to a black magic spell. He decided to put a violent, deadly end to the source of the sorcery. Black magic made Miguel a murderder.
